Key to success: know what to talk about

The key to success in your visa interview is being proactive.  You can’t simply wait to be asked questions by the visa officer, then answer with one-word responses. You have to proactively give the visa officer the information they will need to issue your visa.  But what information is that?
Everyone has highlights and hurdles, strengths and weaknesses, in their visa application.  It’s essential that you identify your highlights to bring those to the attention of the visa officer early in the visa interview process.  And you must know what your hurdles are, so you can be ready to defend against them.
If you aren’t able to highlight your strengths proactively, it’s likely that the visa officer will not know why you deserve to get your visa issued.  And if you aren’t prepared to defend against your weaknesses, the officer may consider it a red flag that merits a refusal.

We are former visa officers, and we’ve conducted over 1 Million visa interviews while working at embassies and consulates.  We know how to identify your strengths and weaknesses, and we have developed techniques that thousands of clients have successfully used to convince visa officers to issue their visas.
