The first step is matching you to a former visa officer.

The visa officer will review the information you submitted through the Questionnaire to prepare and personalize your visa consultation.
During your visa consultation, your former visa officer consultant will:
- Analyze your current situation, delving into the specifics of your plans and your history that will influence your visa interview.
- Review your prior immigration history to determine what information the embassy or consulate already has regarding you, and hypothesize about the reasons for any prior refusals.
- Identify the strengths and weaknesses of your application.
- Develop a clear strategy for you to follow to maximize your chances of issuance.
- Provide you with tips and best practices for tone, attitude, and mannerisms that we know to be the most effective.
- Conduct one or more mock interviews with you to allow you to practice the strategy we create for you and give you feedback on your performance.
- Answer any other questions or concerns that you may have regarding the interview process or your application.
