Selecting the best date and time for your consultation

It is best to schedule your consultation with a former visa officer a few weeks before your visa appointment.  This will give you plenty of time to collect any documents that we suggest and to review and practice your strategy.  However, we understand that this is sometimes not possible.

If you have a visa interview that is sooner than that, we can still help you.  You can select a consultation time with us anytime with at least 24 hours advance notice.  That means you can schedule your consultation for tomorrow at this same time.

If you have a visa interview within 1 day and need an urgent consultation, please contact us immediately to discuss the possibility of an emergency consultation.

Choose your consultation time by selecting the date on the top bar, then selecting your desired appointment time.  If there are no time slots available for a specific date, please select a different date to find available times.

Time Zone:  The default time zone will be set to wherever you are currently located.  You can change the time zone if you need to, for instance, if you will be traveling to a new time zone before your consultation.

Please take note of the STARS next to the time slots. If there is a STAR next to a time slot, we highly recommend that you choose a starred time slot rather than an unstarred one.  This allows us to optimize your match with a former visa officer.

When ready, book a visa consultation with The #1 Team of Former U.S. Visa Officers here.
